Ingredients Oil - 2 tbsp Onions Chopped - 1 small Green chili Chopped - 2-3 No Carrot Grated - 14cup French Beans Chopped - 2tbsp Chat Masala - 1tsp Cumin powder -1tsp Turmeric powder -1tsp Garam Masala - 1tsp Red chili powder -12 tsp Crushed Black Pepper -1 tsp Salt To Taste Corriander chopped-2tbsp Potato BoiledGrated - 1 large Leftover Boiled Rice - 1 cup Bread Crumbs - 1 tbsp Cornflour - 1 tbsp Make Round Patties Coted with Cornflour As required Slurry as required Coated with Bread crumbs As required Oil for Deep fry Method 1. In a hot pan heat oil,add onions Followed by rest of the vegetables, keep sauteing. 2. Add all the spices as shown and cook for while. 3. Take of the flame and allow the mixtire to cool. 4. Add mashed potatoes and boiled rice binding it up with bread crumbs. 5. Make round patties of mixture. 6. Crumb all the patties with cornflour slurry bread crumbs. 7.
